We advised Lenovo in an investigation for allegedly infringing literal (f) of Legislative Decree 1044 referring to an infraction of the Principle of Legality consisting in that it would not have complied with providing information on the minimum number of units available, in the advertisements published on the Lenovo website on October 26, 2021.
This case is still ongoing.
