Client Requirement: Maersk Logistics is one of the major logistics service providers in Peru. Many industries use Maersk Logistics services from door to door needs from abroad to their local premises and vice versa. Maersk Logistics requested us to perform an audit to confirm accurate compliance of all its environmental duties (which includes environmental duties regulated under the umbrella of a very diversified business of its clients). This task represented a challenge because the environmental duties to be revised were not limited to just one specific industry but to the various industries of Maersk Logistics’ clients
Our participation: We performed a very comprehensive environmental compliance audit and took advantage of our deep knowledge of environmental regulations on a large assortment of business (chemicals, minerals, factory equipment, glass, etc.)
Client benefit: Maersk Logistics was able to confirm its environmental protocols or was advised to implement measures to fit better with regulations in a very detailed fashion based on clearly identified legal or jurisprudential sources.
