We are representing MAR ANDINO PERÚ S.A.C in an Arbitration claim filed by Apeal Hill LLC, for debt collection.
The dispute began with the acquisition of Apeal Hill LLC shares by the company Peruvian Andean Trout S.A.C. Apeal Hill LLC agreed with Mar Andino to sell them their shares. Due to COVID-19 situation, which financially affected Mar Andino, it did not wholly pay Apeal Hill LLC for its shares.
For this reason, Apeal Hill LLC started this arbitration against Mar Andino.
Both parties have recently celebrated a settlement that has concluded the controversy, which has highly satisfied our client.
