MARLEW S. A.

We are advising MARLEW S.A, an Argentinian company, in an arbitration against Cumbra Ingeniería S.A (formerly called GMI S.A Ingenieros Cunsultores). This arbitration has its origin in an Extrajudicial Settlement reached by the parties due to breaches of Cumbra Ingeniería S.A of the terms established in an EPC contract celebrated with MARLEW. Despite the existence of that settlement, the defendant refuses to pay, which is being requested by our client in this arbitration process. The amount requested is approximately US$ 3,000,000.00, plus interests. Currently, the Arbitral Tribunal is being constituted.
