Client Requirement: In this case we advised in the consolidation of a new player in the asphalt market in Peru. Our client and Otoya Ing. (under a joint venture structure) performed various important infrastructure projects (mainly maintenance of roads) but taking in consideration their common business goals and well-known reputation in the market they merged resources and changed the legal structure of collaboration from a joint venture to shareholding. We also advised in the entrance of a third partner who also contributes its business experience for a greater expansion of the business.
