Our client is Nokia Solutions and Networks, a multinational data networking and telecommunications equipment company headquartered in Espoo, Finland.
We advised our client Nokia regarding the legal framework for infrastructure ran sharing. In this case, the client’s proposed framework was analyzed to determine whether the infrastructure access specifications would conclude that the ran sharing figure would apply. It was ultimately concluded that such a framework would not be applicable in this case. It is important to note that the regulations governing ran sharing and access to telecommunications infrastructure are highly complex due to the specialized technical knowledge required for a correct interpretation.
