We are currently defending the OFF brand against an opposition presented by SC Jhonson & Son, Inc., owner of the OFF bug repellent brand, in class 5. The defense of the opposition is of vital importance for OFF-WHITE and it is intended that these brands can coexist in the market, since they distinguish totally different products and are aimed at different segments. Recently, INDECOPI Tribunal has issued a resolution declared unfounded the appeal filed by SC Jhonson & Son, Inc.
The resolution obtained brought favorable consequences for our client’s brand.
