Our client requested our support in a series of audits from SUNAFIL (Labor Authority). Given this, we provide advice during SUNAFIL’s information requirements on 2 important points: (i) on workers with disabilities and Occupational Health and Safety obligations; (ii) During an inspection of our client, a request that was notified to the electronic mailbox was not responded to in a timely manner. It is necessary to point out that our client did not authorize the notification through electronic box. After defending our client for a long period, filing an appeal as a last resort, it was possible to successfully conclude this procedure. The Labor Authority gave us the reason.
Throughout this process, our primary objective was to protect and uphold the rights of our client, ensuring that they navigated the audits and inspections effectively and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
