Our client, who is one of the main oncological medical services companies, requested us to record the registration of the demolition of a property located in the district of San Borja, which limited the development of its real estate project for the construction of an oncological medical center.
Therefore, our participation consisted in obtaining the demolition file from the Municipality of San Borja, which had been archived for several years, and we were able to locate it and obtain it in in a very short period. Thus, with the file, the necessary documents were prepared to request the registration of the demolition before the Public Registry, entity that made some observations that were corrected as soon as possible, being able to successfully achieve the registration of the declaration of factory of the demolition in less than a month, even though this normally takes two to three months or even four months.
The important thing in this case is that the time was sensitive for our client because the company had to continue its real estate project normally without having to be affected and forced to suspend it due to the lack of registration of the demolition.
