The client asked us to assist him in the procedure for the renewal of the guarantee required to maintain his authorization as a foreign trade operator. If the renewal was not carried out, the authorization would be suspended by the Customs Administration.
In response to this request, we coordinated with the financial institution that would issue the guarantee to ensure that it complied with the requirements of the customs legislation. Likewise, we coordinated with the Administration to ensure the correct registration of the client’s guarantee and we attended to the notifications issued by the authority. As a result of the steps taken, the guarantee was correctly renewed and the Company was able to continue to carry out its operations normally.
