We provided assistance and legal defense to Pernod Ricard Peru in an administrative proceeding before the General Directorate for Environmental Health (DIGESA). The administrative proceeding was initiated due to the compliance with the applicable beverage regulations, in which the authority included two observations.
Our advice included legal representation throughout the proceeding, along with providing guidance on sanitary regulatory matters. The investigative phase concluded with a favourable outcome, as the authority acknowledged and accepted our arguments, leading to the dismissal of the primary observation.
