Labour lawsuit for work-related accident involving permanent disability. We are assisting the client in its defence in a labour lawsuit filed by a former employee seeking payment compensation due to an alleged work-related accident that resulted in a supposed permanent partial disability.
High-value case with reputational risk: This matter is relevant due to its high value and, additionally, as a case involving a labour accident that resulted in a disability, it has a certain reputational risk.
Latest development: With our assistance, the claim was dismissed by the trial court. No payment has so far been recognised in favour of the former employee.
