PRECISAGRO S.A.S.

Precisagro is a Colombian company, belonging to the international corporation of DISAGRO. We advised the company in the opposition against trademark AQUAPLUS and AQUAPLUS SUPREME in class 31 filed by NUTRITIONAL TECHNOLOGIES S.A.C. We filed this opposition in defence of the interests of Pecisagro against a trademark registration identical to our client’s trademark. The Peruvian Trademark Office declared unfounded the oppositions. The procedures are finished.
