We advised the company in the opposition against trademark AQUAPLUS and AQUAPLUS SUPREME in class 31 filed by NUTRITIONAL TECHNOLOGIES S.A.C. We filed this opposition in defence of the interests of Pecisagro against a trademark registration identical to our client’s trademark. This case is still ongoing.
