We have advised our client into the drafting of the shareholders agreement between the two main shareholders; as well as into the drafting of an indemnity contract because of the close relationship between the shareholders services and the maintenance of the operations of the client, and their personal contribution to its corporate business. We are also advising our client in the implementation of all necessary corporate actions to be undertaken as consequence of the execution of said documents.
