At the request of our client, an industrial company of Peruvian origin with over 65 years of experience and a leader in the sector of manufacturing heavy-duty cargo transport vehicle bodies, the Firm initiated a comprehensive two-step process.
In the first step, we conducted a preventive labour audit to verify labour contingencies related to various aspects, including vacation pay, labour contracting, civil contracting, training agreements, equal pay, sexual harassment, and workplace safety and health.
In the second step, we commenced the preparation of an action plan. This plan offers diverse alternative solutions to address these contingencies, with the aim of mitigating and eliminating any potential risks for our client. Furthermore, in response to our client’s request, we extended the verification of contingencies to encompass the specific obligations related to labour outsourcing. This comprehensive approach ensures that our client receives thorough guidance on all their compliance obligations.
This procedural approach is designed to enhance our client’s operational efficiency, facilitate better productivity, and foster an improved work environment.
