We are advising our client, a Canadian company with large experience in the production and commercialization of certain food products, in its soft landing and development of a new production business line through two NewCos in our country.
As of today, we have advised in the structure of the transaction and the drafting of the MoU and incorporation documents of the NewCos. Likewise in the last months we have also provided advisory to our client in the formalization of several capital injections and assets contributions.
Our client has found a potential partner with large experience in the production of food products with a high level of quality; ownership of a great land that would permit not only to develop the new production business but also to count with enough additional space to eventually increase the initial production capacity; great workers with solid experienced and duly qualified. One of the most interesting aspects of this transaction is that our client already is a provider of one of the biggest worldwide chains of fast food and therefore the before mentioned new production business will also be distributed to other countries of our region, making Peru the hub for the latter.
