The client requested our support in the review of logistics service contracts, in order to align them with their interests. The importance of the contracts lies in the fact that they would be signed with the main company in charge of the logistic operations of the client’s import dispatches.
In response to this request, we evaluated the contracts and included clauses that were in the client’s best interest and sought to provide security to its foreign trade operations.
