José Antonio Huambachano illegally entered part of the company´s property and built a mat shelter. With the help of security, the company removed the third party and filed a criminal complaint for the crime of usurpation. However, the mentioned also filed a criminal complaint against the company.
After years of investigation, in which we presented the documentation that confirmed the company´s possession and legality of their actions, and also, after several appeals, the Prosecutor issued a decision to close the case. It is pending the confirmation of the decision, but we were informed that the decision was not appealed.
