We provided advisory services to SGS, a multinational company specializing in inspection, verification, and certification services, in an administrative proceeding. This proceeding was initiated concerning the importation of hydrate dichloride Paraquat and the relevant regulations governing this substance.
In the course of addressing this matter, we had the privilege of engaging in discussions with the Peruvian National Agricultural Safety Service (SENASA) to thoroughly examine the interpretation of the applicable regulations. This collaborative effort resulted in a positive statement in favor of our client.
As of now, the administrative final resolution for this case is still pending.
