We advised our client, part of the business group and world leader with a presence in more than 90 countries that is dedicated to innovation in the agriculture industry, within the framework of structuring the acquisition of assets corresponding to the companies Tecnología Química y Comercio S.A., Talex Perú S.A.C and TQC Semillas S.A.C., in charge of providing quality products and services for the agricultural sector.
The first part of our advice involved the identification of the possible contingencies related to the acquisition of assets of the target companies.
