We advised our client, a consulting and engineering company, leader in the transport infrastructure sector with a presence in more than ten countries around the world, within the framework of the acquisition of 100% of shares of the company Subterra Ingeniería S.L., one of the main engineering companies specialized in the field of underground works that includes Subterra Ingeniería Perú S.A.C. and Subterra Engineering S.A.C. (Branch in Peru), as part of the business group. It is currently the Latin American reference consultancy in tunnel engineering.
The advice provided by our law firm consisted in the identification of possible contingencies of the indirect acquisition of the shares of Subterra Ingeniería Perú S.A.C. and Subterra Engineering S.A.C. (Branch in Peru). Likewise, it included the different coordination with Eversheds Sutherland Nicea SLP, law firm in charge of the operation that involves the indirect acquisition of Subterra Ingeniería Ltda.
