We are assisting our client in a restructuring of its business in Peru. The latter was part of a joint venture with a related company and taking in accounts its business expansion it was decided for operational reasons to resolve the latter and implement another contractual scenario more beneficiary for the parties originally involved.
In this case we assisted the client in the analysis, design and implementation of this new business structure. Likewise, we also flagged to the client any consequential action to be taken for the implementation of the latter.
As we are the counsels of the client in its daily activities, the latter acknowledges that the new structure proposed by us is the most efficient from and operating perspective and that we have also take in account its business as a whole.
