We provided legal counsel to Tempo Livre, the owner of the trademark ‘CARIUMA,’ in an opposition against the trademark ‘CARIUMA’ filed under class 25 by Yhon Alonso Huallpa Quispe.
This opposition was initiated to protect the interests of the ‘CARIUMA’ trademark. Despite the opposition, the applicant has not responded. The procedure is currently awaiting Resolution.
This case is still ongoing.
