However, the trademarks in Peru were registered in the name of Unimed Peru, since the transfer was not possible, it was decided to initiate the cancellation due to lack of use.
The Trademark Office declared the cancellation actions founded and we have requested the registration of the trademarks in the name of The Clorox Company. This registration process is still ongoing.
