We advised the company in the opposition proceedings against the trademark ‘THE KRANIET’ and its associated skull design, within class 25. This opposition was initiated to safeguard the interests of the iconic punk rock band, THE OFFSPRING, against the registration of a trademark that was identical to our client’s mark. The Peruvian Trademark Office declared founded our opposition and reject trademark THE KRANIET. This legal process has concluded.
