The client requested legal support for the importation of a piece of equipment necessary for its operations. Thus, he required us to evaluate the documentation to be submitted for clearance in order not to breach customs regulations and avoid the seizure of the goods.
As a consequence of what was requested, we carried out a planning that allowed the client to import the merchandise in a safe way avoiding questioning from the Customs Administration. As part of this planning, we issued recommendations on the content of the documents and the way in which the merchandise would be presented for clearance.
